A few days passed and  his knee started to swell up a little bit looking like he may have dislocated it.  But he still brushed it off until another 1-2 weeks had passed by and all I heard were screams and cries for help from his room . I rushed upstairs only to find him on the floor in his room nit being able to stand up nor have any pressure on his right leg. We made a Dr's appt and she thought Maybe gout . So we went to get some x-rays done at 8 am and wete told that the Dr will get the results and get in touch with us between 3-5 business days. By 12 noon that same day my phone rang and it was the Dr office. I picked up only to hear the words " your son has bone cancer ". The next month and a half were continuous appts and tests and blood work biopsy surgery to get a final diagnosis  . ASHTON MICHAEL ALLEN DEMARS

With a heavy heart at 3:06pm Dec 4,2023  Ashton passed away at home after his long and difficult battle with cancer. Before he passed away he gave me the permission to tell his story in hopes that t may help others to know that they're not alone and maybe give them a sense of hope to keep pushing forward a little bit of hope to hold on to or even some peace . So throughout the next couple days I will be posting some photos and telling the world his inspiring story , of how determined  he was his strength through all of this.  The ups and downs the good and the bad. But over all I am going to tell his story from start to finish and keep his memory I've for death is not the end it is mearly just a new adventure on the next page.
