Hi there JP my name is Stone. I hope that you are happy my friend.
I have been playing harp since I was too young to remember, and I remember very early. Every other instrument I play I am either self taught or taught by a licensed musician. When it comes to the harp, I say it taught me.
I started the breakthrough blues course when I got to module iv of the B2B course. I read it as back to basics.
You and Luke compliment each other amazingly well.
I love spending time with you. You are much like my oldest sister was. And I cherished her more than anything in the world, so please take it as a compliment.
Thank you very much for your legacy. You are a true inspiration. I know it's a little late to say that my heart goes out to you, but it does. I finished my working life as a nurse, disability was one of my speciality areas.
I wish I found harmonica.com years earlier so that I could have met you in person on one of your retreats. You inspire me JP and have my utmost respect. I wish you happiness. Kindest regards Stone ;)

Hey JP hope you ae feeling better every day. Just heard of your accident. I am going through Breakthrough Blues again, after taking some time just getting the feel of the harp. The lessons have a deeper meaning now that I have a little more experience. And, NO you don't talk too much. But you do continue to amaze me. All the best!

Hey JP, we all miss you! Hope you able to do more YouTube videos for us newbies and intermediate harp players. Mostly though, I just hope you’re feeling better. Stay positive and stay strong. You’re stronger than you think! 👍

Just recently started Uke lessons with you and Mitch. Really like them. You are such a cool, charming and easygoing guy. I looked you up to see what you were up to, and was shocked to read about your horrible fall and injuries, particularly the loss of your right hand. It made me so sad. I was cheered some by later entries showing that you have not lost your enthusiasm for life, and that you are continuing to rebuild and re-invent yourself. Very best wishes and hopes for you. I will continue assiduously with the lessons in your honor. You are quite a guy.

Although a little late birthday-wise, I'd like to send the best wishes to you and your loved ones Mister Allen :) May you live a long, happy life!
In the past my father, and last week my mother went through rough times but thankfully they both recovered from it, just like you.
I learned about your condition just now, after discovering your harmonica lessons, but it was relieving to see you alive and well, celebrating with your family.
Once again, to many cheerful parties, meditations, exercises, music making, and many happy years...

Hi JP , I have been enjoying working through your Happy Harpin DVDs with Monica during this COVID madness and your life philosophy of “having fun NOW” and being “kind to oneself” shone through and was very inspiring for me … i was only expecting to learn the harmonica after all , but this was an unexpected bonus :) !

Sorry I only just heard about your accident and wanted to wish you all the best. I see you are making amazing strides and I loved your 55th birthday video. Fantastic to see you on harmonica and also playing chess , which I also have a fondness for. Best of luck with everything and soldiering on. You are a great inspiration.

Now regarding harmonica, I took it up last year after early retirement and enjoy despite not having a musical backround or ability. I would describe myself as “Steady Eddie’s” distant cousin .. “Sloe Walker” . Now going to be movin onto your next set of DVDs and looking forward to it.
Best wishes
Michael O’Briain
