JP,
You inspired me to be more than I was. You are in my prayers everyday. Today I am a harmonica player because you encouraged me to take a risk. As you travel your road of recovery please remember there are countless “me‘s” out here that live a better life because you took the time and energy to share your passion. God bless.
Hi JP,
We have never met. I only know you through learning harmonica. I was shocked at the news of your accident and even more schooled to hear of the outcome.
It is hard to know what to say in times like this other than stay strong, of course mentally it is going to be a journey for you but draw on the strength of your faith and the strength of your supporters, there are many of us out here.
I will keep checking in JP. Share with us when you can your journey.
JP, you are never far from my mind. I am praying for your continued healing on this long and difficult road. I am amazed by your courage and perseverance. With love, Nicole
Dear sweet Jahpa, How wonderful to see you and hear from you! Thank you! You are so kind to think of us. I cannot truly imagine what you are going through, but I bow to your courage and reach out to touch your precious heart. I am so sorry you have to go through this! What a journey! I am among the many who are sending you love and healing everyday. I trust that you will call in a miraculous situation with amazing people to support you on your healing path. Thank you again for your generosity in thinking of us who love you. Always, Myrica
Grateful Greg here JP. - Ever since we met five years ago one rainy evening at your home in Kapaa, my wife (Sarah) and I have often thought of you fondly. I mailed you a cowboy hat you admired, and I am a proud member of your instructional video fans. You signed a copy of "Giraffe Juice" for us and aside from playing harmonica, we discussed non-violent communication issues. Your effect on me (us) was transformational and my life is for the better having met you. I must admit that my harmonica playing is only slightly better, but that is my fault for being tone deaf and lazy with practice.
My point in going on here is to express to you that you have a unique spirit and personal energy that impacts people. Now your life is drastically changed and your personal challenges are huge, but that central essence of who you are is still there. I can see it in your eyes in the posted photos, and I can feel it when ever I practice the harp. Tap into your own energy and feel it from time to time, and let it sustain you. The rest of your life is still ahead of you, and you have so very much to offer.
Grateful Greg.
THank you SO much HAL, and JP!! for writing to us!!! deep - deep respect and soul love on this DAY. I look forward to seeing you soon, JP.
