It is so good to hear that all this was worth the pain and suffering. I can't imagine what your esophagus felt like during treatment. Al had problems getting food to go down past the new connection of the esophagus. He had to learn to chew his food and just before he swallowed he had to turn to the left and then swallow. The Drs were wonderful. Al is done seeing the surgeon who did the esophageal surgery. The end of July he saw his cancer Dr. He is out 4 years already.
