Journal entry by Teri Helms —
In April 2019 I had my beautiful baby girl. Upon delivery the doctor found a polyp he cut and sent to pathology. The day i got released from the hospital with my baby girl we found out the polyp was cancerous. In June 2019 I had a radical hysterectomy. Because the cervical cancer I had is called small cell nueroendocrine I am having to go through 4 rounds of chemo and 28 treatments of radiation. As of today I have done the first of chemo and still waiting on radiation.
