Dad has been doing great since surgery. He has not been in any pain and has not had to take any pain medicine. He should get to start eating food again soon which will help him build strength for chemo. His first round of chemo starts next week. He has been so encouraged and touched by the overwhelming support he has seen. Many more people reached out today to show how much they think of and love Mom and Dad. Thank each of you for your generosity towards my parents. I wanted to share with a post on Facebook posted by my sister Jamie. This was just a few days before Dad’s surgery when my brother Justin took Dad to drive his semi one more time before surgery.
