Hi, Tate — if you read this. I know we aren’t BFFS or anything - barely acquaintances through Annika and Sydney, and maybe a class or two. That doesn’t really matter because through the little conversation we’ve had and the way your friends talk about you- I know the world is better off because of you and I know there are so many people grateful for you. Friends, family, probably professors, and even random acquaintances have followed your story here. I can say you’re brave and strong, but you know that already. You had to be. You didn’t have to make jokes and walk “100 feet next time” at therapy or make other people feel better through this. And you did. That’s why I knew you had to recover. The world needs you, girl. I’m glad you are finally home. Keep kicking ass.
