It's been awhile since I gave an update on Talan. He had an appointment with the nephrologist last week, and we only have to go back yearly now. His blood pressure is fantastic and he is staying healthy! Today, we had an ultrasound and x-ray, followed by a visit to the oncologist. All tests came back normal! We are coming up on one year post-surgery in June, then we will go to every 6 months for visits to the oncologist. Prayers for continued good health for our sweet, rambunctious Talan. He turned two this past January, and is in-line with any other two year old boy (ornery as ever) :) 

I do have a prayer request for those prayer warriors out there, we have a dear friend with a little girl who fought and defeated Wilms Tumor in her short life, and the family got devastating news that a growth was found during her routine follow-up scans. This little girl is so brave and strong, but if you could pray for that bravery to hold up during her follow-up tests and that God may put his healing hand on her, I know the family would appreciate it!
