Mary, I am so sad about her passing. She was like a mother too me. Hardly a day would go by that we didn't talk to each other. We would laugh and tell stories and pretty soon one of us would say, "Do you know we have been talking for more than an hour" But we always had something to say. I would always jokingly tell her, you need to write your own obituary because know one knows you better than yourself. So her neighbor Mireille found some notes in amongst papers on Sylvia's kitchen table and we put our heads together and she put together a very nice obituary. And yes it should come out in the Davenport Times. She will be missed at family reunions. Thank you for your post. Love Jackie
