We have ornaments on our tree from Sue, too, and have very special thoughts of her this Christmas. I’m so thankful that fond memories are now embraced and shared and bring some joy to ease the grief that I know you all still feel. We are not traveling to NC this Christmas, and will miss some things Chris always made from Sue’s recipes. Some meatballs in a cream gravy, the famous Chex mix, Grasshopper Pie, and sugar cookies come to mind! Her memories definitely live on through her cooking. Blessings and peace to you Roy. ❤️🎄❤️

Thinking of you often during this past year and how this day must be especially difficult for you and your family. This Christmas season will bring you hope and peace and smiles as you remember all the blessings Sue brought to you all. Love you cousin!

Roy, we think of you often, and remember Sue fondly. She will certainly never be forgotten at our house, because we have two Christmas ornaments she gave me when our first grandchild was born. I packed them away a a little more carefully last year, and handled them very delicately this year, so that we’ll be able to remember Sue and your family every Christmas for years to come. Merry Christmas to you all.
