Hi friends and family! We haven’t updated on here in a long time. Big news is that mom finished her last radiation treatment today!!!!! It was a much worse treatment than I had expected. It filled her mouth with ulcers and made it painful to swallow. It gave her a cough and made her neck very red and raw. But she persevered and did it!! Please pray she will start some deep healing now. We’re praying her tongue will shrink and that her throat and cough will heal. She’ll be going back to speech therapy now. Pray she’ll be able to start eating some new things. She has only been able to drink thin liquids. She has lost 40 pounds but she’s ready to eat again. Thanks for being on this journey with us and praise God for carrying mom through a tough battle. Love to you all❤️
