Eric, Chris and Jess ... we were unable to attend Susan's Memorial; however, viewed it online today. Such an incredible tribute to an amazing woman, I've no doubt Susan was with all of you and smiling proudly and lovingly at her amazing family.

Thank you for sharing Susan's journey with all of us these past near 6 months, We know it was not easy to write many of those entries, yet, you stayed the course, as your Mom would, and cared for her 24x7 to her last breath. Despite life's many challenges Susan lived a good life, because she chose to do so …. she was WELL LOVED and LOVED WELL. As a faithful servant of her Lord, she has been welcomed with open arms and a healed body that she might continue to share her many, many, gifts and love in her new 'circles' and continue her 'newsy chats'. ... licorice in hand! Personally I will never again eat NIBS or black licorice without thinking of Susan. God's Peace, Comfort and Blessings to you all in the days ahead as you learn the new dance before you.

We’re all here for you when you are ready to rejoin the rat race of life. Take the time to recover, rest, reflect on the hard fought battle. Jess and Chris, I watched your mom's service on Friday. Thank-you for sharing the "BEAUTIFUL" memories of your mom. Your dad and mom sure parented two wonderful children. I never met your mom, but I felt like I had known her as you shared her life. She only lived on this earth 67 years, but by what you told about her life......she probably lived a fuller life than some people who live into their 90's. I'm so sorry for your loss. Susan was such a kind woman. She always made me feel welcomed when scrapbooking with her. She also had the best laugh. I loved hearing her stories too. Prayers to you all.
