I have not been on your Caring Bridge list, so I have not been able to follow your and Susan's journey over the last few weeks. I only learned of Susan's passing this morning. I am so terribly sorry for you all and for the world having lost such a free spirit. Susan was one of a kind, bringing joy and humor to the world around her. The world is a sorrier place without her. I feel your pain, as I have watched Rick slip slowly away from me for the past seven years. Susan is with you in spirit, if not in body. Through my tears, I send you love.

To Baxter Jen and Chip ~ I haven't known you for very long but have come to love all of you. The first day I came to see you at Moffitt I could tell by her smile and the way way she held my hand that Susan had that "specialness" about her. I know she will be missed but try to remember how she loved you all and all of the great times you had together. I'm sorry I didn't get the chance to hit the links with her. Love to you all.

Susan... I have been fussing with God about you. As you well know his ways are higher and far better than mine. I will miss our fun together in bible study, on the Pickleball court and parties. Your smile and laugh is etched in my heart and I will miss it terribly. Thanks for being such a rock during my tough times in years gone by. We will take care of Baxter until he come home too you. Love you and am going to miss you. Cam

2 Timothy4:6-8
(Paraphrased) to describe “DEAR” Susan’s JOURNEY:this life into ETERNITY!
“The time had come for Susan’s departure from this life. She fought the good fight, she finished the race, and she kept the faith. The RIGHTEOUS JUDGE has awarded her with the CROWN of RIGHTEOUSNESS. Let us consider Susan’s life and legacy so that we too will honor her legacy and God’s desire for us to emulate and thus receive our CROWN when HE CALLS us HOME.

WELL DONE GOOD and FAITHFUL Susan!
