Journal entry by Peggy Schaeffer

Many folks at Eno River UU Fellowship are helping Conrad organize a reception following the Celebration of Life for Sue, Saturday, Sept 7 at 3pm. It will be held in the Fellowship Hall, right across from the Sanctuary, following the service, about 5pm. We welcome other neighbors and friends, and expect a full house.

If you would like to contribute to the reception spread, people will be on hand in the hall from 2:15pm until the service begins at 3pm to accept plated cookies, dessert bars, and finger foods that can remain at room temperature, and be eaten without fork or spoon. Please label any offering that contains nuts, or is vegan or gluten free. And label your plate on the bottom if you would like to leave it and pick up a clean plate after Sunday service.

We look forward to sharing memories and stories of our beloved friend Sue.
