Hi Joyce
I'm sure you have heard much about your situation with Steve's passing so I won't put more strain on the situation.
It's difficult to put into words what a best friend means when that friend won't be around to visit with . The fact
that Steve and I were office mates for a number of years and sharing intimacies in different workshops from time
to time is a meaning loss for myself. I can't put into words what my personal relationship with Steve has meant to
me over the years but I'm sure you understand. The month you both were in our home here in Antiqua was also very
special . I and Cynthia both send our love and understanding to you and know that Steve's life has been a blessing to
all who passed his way.
Note:We were in Canada for a month long meditation retreat,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,obviously not in knowing about Steve.
There will be a donation being sent in his honor to Caring Bridge.
Steve was such a truly human Human! His genuine heart shined through every moment and the world is a better place for the time he spent with each of us! Joyce, Chris and I send our prayers of comfort and love to you. Thank you for your encouraging words, even as you sit with your deep loss.

Steve (Hahm) and I are so very saddened by this news. We will miss Steve greatly. Over the years, he has shared invaluable insight and wisdom with both of us - work that is carried forth every day for us, both professionally and personally. He lived a deeply meaningful life. Dear Joyce, Although we never officially met, I feel as though I know you through the endless stories Steve shared of you and the love he professed often! Your tribute to Steve is amazing...he told me many times that you were the reason he was still with us. I am so sorry to hear of his passing, as the world has lost an incredible soul! How very sad to learn of Steve's passing. My heartfelt condolences. May your memory of him be a blessing to last your lifetime.
Steve was such a warm, gentle, generous, nurturing soul for all of us who have had the privilege to know him. I am grateful that I was able to reconnect with him in the past couple of years, first at the Grant 50 year reunion, and since then, through our zoom group. Through our brief zoom conversations and emails in the past several months, I have learned much more about his consultancy work over the years and the deeply held values that guided his work, all of which serve to confirm for me the warmth I felt for him back in our school days.
I wish you peace, comfort, smiling reminiscences of your life together.
What a beautiful tribute Joyce! Steve made such an impact on so many people's hearts. His legacy will live on in all of us, which is far reaching across the globe. I’m so grateful I got a blessed gift of talking with him last week. He was at peace and ready.
