So sad to learn of Steve's passing. My heart is sad and very heavy with grief. Literally the Crane's have been a part of me since I was 3 months old. 3 generations of family friends and history from Ashburnham MA. Love to all

I am heart broken for you guys but thankful I was able to spend so much time with Steve while playing softball growing up. He will forever be my favorite softball dad. My most memorable Steve quote from the softball days was “buckle up or eat glass” and he was the only person in the world I let call me Kimberly other than my parents. I’m sending you all my deepest condolences for the loss of such a wonderful man. ❤️

Dear Nancy, Stephanie and Crano. We are thinking of you and sending so much love in this difficult time. Steve was, and always will be, my favorite guy with a mechanical pencil in his polo pocket, my favorite guy to wear a Richfield hat (sorry Oz :), and my favorite guy to share our love of softball and family. I am so very heartbroken that he is gone, but I know that he is now at peace and pain free. Hugs and love to all of you! ❤️
