That's just effing insane that it is effing mandatory for people to attend this class who have already experienced the effing treatment firsthand!! Hell, you could have gotten up there and been a guest speaker on the subject! Ugh. I can't believe they made you take this class. These HMO systems need to get back to the focus on the individual patient and what is best for him or her, NOT what is best for their system.
