Stacy...if good thoughts can heal you, you will come through this massive storm and walk into a life full of sunshine and great health! Hold on to that...if anyone can take down this monster, it is you. You are one of the strongest people I know. I am so sorry to hear about your dad; remember that he is at peace...and he is still with you. When you feel his presence, it is because he is there. Let me know if I can do anything at all to help. Oh Stacy, I am so sorry. I too am in tears. I remember the raw pain of seeing your dad pass, knowing he is in a better place but desperately missing him. I however do not know the pain of facing cancer myself...especially in the midst of your own father's battle. I pray for you often. I pray for peace for the day; I pray for moments of exceptional joy...may they come often amidst your storm; I pray for days free of pain; I pray for sustenance to get you through the hard days (you have had so very many!); most of all, I pray for you and Mike...your relationship, your love and your faith. So sorry to hear about your father, i lost a dear friend right after Christmas to this. I so pray for you and the family. I have been so blessed over the holidays with things happening and the people who have touched my life. I have a book of daily prayers and lessons which have really kept me going. This is not about me, but hope, and knowing believing has its place.
