Hi my name is Jake. And on November 10th around 1pm my fiance had a seizure while driving and got in a bad accident.
Once she got to the hospital she ended up going into another seizure, and wouldn't wake up until midnight.
She is being admitted in the hospital and does not know when she'll be able to leave.
She was on her way with our dog to get his haircut, he was not found until a day later(November 12th).. He's in very bad shape and will require to go to a vet.
This fundraiser is to help with any surgeries, hospital bills, loss of wage for not being able to work and the money to help our dog spot.
