Steph, I've never done yoga but since I herniated a disc in my back last fall, would love to go with you! Let me know what you find around here. My goodness, you are so beautiful, shave, no shave...and your doc sounds so in touch with you. Remember, I can listen anytime, too!

I thought about saving my hair when I lost my spots on the side and back then just decided to let the grow in and go with that. Now I have had short hair forever so it did not take as long as your will but it just better to me to have what I had left and went from there! I know it does not feel like it now but it will grow back and my hairdresser tells me that my hair is thicker and healthier then it has been in a really long time so I good with out come. I don't know where the talking to somebody will lead you but mine led me to therapist that after a few sessions started to give me art therapy letting be play with paper and take kind of mix media moments that let me deal with my cancer journey and helped me a lot because my mind has always been more creative mind then a normal thinking kind of brain you might want to check into seeing if there is one who would be willing to help you long that way!

The therapy, meds, and meditation are a great idea. Dealing with an acute illness is a lot like dealing with a chronic illness in many ways. As I live with my disease longer, it affects my life differently and I have to keep "re-imagining" the person I am. That is a difficult thing to do. You have every right to have sea-saw emotions and to questions many things. You are also right to know God is there and we may not always understand the trials and the paths that are there for us. You are doing great! Don't beat yourself up when you have an off day! Have faith that your employees will be honest with you about their own needs. Remember, one step/one day at a time! Blessings

You have been through a journey not many people experience. I had 2 brain surgeries but thank GOD I’m ok. TIME Stephanie all in time. Sometimes we get through it all but it settles in after thing calm down and you reflect on what has happened. It’s not easy but seeing a therapist will def help. Also “me” time whatever that may be. Go with your feelings too don’t surpress the crying you’ll feel better after a good cry. You can do this. Just remember TIME. Love you, Gayle

You know, especially in the body of Christ, even when we don't personally know a person it feels that we know them. And want to help. I'm praying for you and your family, and continue to purchase my favorite Bella products. :) I know those things are important, but often I find myself wanting to do more. So just know that others really are thinking of you and praying for you. And do "get" it - most of us have been through something that at least gives some understanding and compassion. You look fantastic - and no, I'm not just saying that. My husband and I had our Bible class last night with Pastor, and we discussed "faith." Not just a nebulous faith, but a tangible faith, a resting of your heart on God. In all things, for His will. The comfort that He knows our fears and troubles and provides comfort. That He knows what we need and provides it. Always. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6 One of the most comforting passages to me - I hope it gives you some peace and joy today.

Love you, brave lady! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜. I don’t know if this is appropriate for this post but, want to hear something funny? When I first looked at your pic I thought you had grown a mustache!! (Which btw, was kinda cute!) 😂😂. It was just the shadow of a scrunched up lip, no worries!! Made me laugh out loud at myself for glancing lazily, not really waking up and not really looking at the pic! You are so beautiful, mustache or not!

Stephanie when I look at this picture I see you. I see the ever so talented owner of Bella Blvd. I see the caring wife, mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, aunt, cousin, friend. In my head I can hear your funny sense of humor. Strong, passionate, vulnerable, creative, talented, beautiful, caring, funny, inspiring, raw, lovable, loving - just some of the words that pop in my mind as I read your posts or look at your pictures. You are beautiful because you are you. 💗❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
