BTW: Tim Gunn from Project Runway was interviewed by Terry Gross recently. He wears a standard surgical mask when he goes out!!! An arbiter of the western fashion world dresses down during COVID19, facially anyway. I'm being snarky, and I shouldn't because truth is he is a very sensitive, open and complex man. If this interview is anything like the ethos he brings to the world elsewhere (which now I'm convinced it is), he is a man who's life surely must be a expression of his tender-heartedness, appreciation to the human struggle, and compassion. He took this occasionally bitchy queen (read: envious) down a notch or two-- I couldn't be more pleased! The interview was broadcast on KQED yesterday 5/4, in case you want to listen to it. I was quite moved. 😷

Stephen, good to hear this update. I'm very glad the care team is treating your cancer aggressively. Get your money's worth out of these insurance dogs!! That's what I say. LOL!! When I'm in the hospital, it's ALL about me. Aren't we lucky to live somewhere that has advanced treatment? I'm very glad!! And hopeful for a good outcome. Looking forward to seeing you in person again-- even if it's w/gloves (which always match my shoes and bag) and mask on and from 6 feet away. Much, much love!! Victor.
