Years ago a Friend who had been nodding off in meeting for worship offered ministry that has stayed with me “Sometimes sleeping is the most worshipful thing my body is capable of.” Sleep well! It is healing. Love and Light!

Oh you. How hard it must feel. I do believe that just sleeping and eating and connecting to a few caregivers now is a great formula for healing, as hard and lonely as it must be. There are times when curling up in a protective cocoon--full on retreat-- gives you the chance and the time and space to recover. I hope these virtual connections help, too. While you're in treatment, we're all out here praying and cheering.

Mico here, Thinking of you Stephen making new relationships that are as positive as the ones you made in the Rehab Unit, sleeping all the hours you need, doing all the therapies and continuing to live your life. It sounds pretty exhausting but the help of angels and your indomitable spirit you will feel the grace of Godde accompany you. Much love, dear one.

Stephen--so you're set up in a new encampment, with new friends to make, new routines to adjust to, new expectations. Don't ride the elevator down to the basement, you didn't park your bike down there--remember, it's somewhere hanging from the ceiling. The treatment beats you up, then you slowly or quickly bounce back. Now is the time for that indominable spirit, so please hang in there, and make note of any dreams you remember, that might be trying to tell you things. And drink in the love.

Dearest Stephen, I hope that sleep has found you tonight. I hear the first birds of the morning starting to sing the new day in. May they sing our love to you. Carol

Dear Stephen, I just wanted to say hi and let you know that I've been reading your posts, and experiencing this wild ride with you (albeit silently). I hope the nursing home is a short stay and that you soon will be home again. My heart is with you. With love,
Robin
