YEs, who has time to sleep? I am glad you are appreciating the gifts of people, food, and more. Many people fear being disabled, dependent, facing unkbowns; your ministry is a reminder that this, too, can be lived wholeheartedly. Life has so many facets. Love to you and everyone you see today.

Thank Grace for us, for helping take care of you. So glad you have some treats to add to your hospital diet. I remember a neighbor of ours years ago, who wouldn't eat what they fed him or tried to feed when he was in the hospital. His wife brought him Chinese takeout every day! Hospital food always surprises me, in a bad way: eternal poor-to-mediocre 1950s cafeteria fare. No worries: fresh fruits and veggies and actual flavors await you. Soon!

So lovely to hear from you so early in the morning. I too, experience grace this morning, in the form of your account of actual personified Grace. You have just magnified the scope of her ministry to YOU, by broadcasting it far and wide. You are your own version of the Scriptural sower, spreading the seeds and we will never know how many of them take root and influence people's lives. Your whole post , with the accounts of the joy you are experiencing through the various gifts you receive of loved ones' various attentions cheers me up and reminds me to pay attention to the opportunities for gratitude in my own life. That you, with your very specific adversities, and actual reasons to be fearful can be such a witness to and agent OF "ALL IS WELL...ALL WILL BE WELL" is powerful ministry to all of us. Continue to take good care of your precious self, thereby also taking care of OUR precious selves. Many cyber hugs, Mickey E.
