At my senior housing, an event is good if it is not all about health or healthcare. Find 'not about health' moments! I had a practice for awhile of writing a (merely adequate) poem a day which helped me see the poetry in life. Love to you.

I am sure you are anxious to get out of the hospital, but my experience is that, unless it is very good, a SNF is not a step up! Be patient with your self.

I heard of a lady who said, "All this shelter in place gives me time to do things I have been putting off. Like cleaning the house because I never had time before. Turns out, that was not the reason." Much love, Julie

Stephen! Kendall forwarded your email to me. I'm really glad to know, but really sorry to hear your news. What a crazy thing, and during a pandemic no less! Jeez! I'm putting in my request with the power-that-be that you have a lymphoma. Wow. That's a very weird thing to say. if there's anything I can do to help, please just say the word. I'm pulling for you, Stephen.
