Want to give you a quick update.   We are continuing to see small improvements in her strength and cognitive function. She said she feels about 25% her usual self. Not a huge number but a HUGE improvement. Today is move in day! My mom will be at Sunrise of Studio City. Her room number is 216. We arrived a bit ago to move in and she was greeted by the community dog, Kira, some balloons and a beautiful new plant for her room. The staff and nurses are very kind. My mom saw the dinner menu and was very impressed by the options….i told her I might need to sneak in for a meal it sounded so good. For the moment they are on a very strict lockdown. No non essential guests and all residents s mostly in their rooms. They are hoping to life some of that by end of next week if all covid tests come back negative. 

  She needs love and encouragement so please do call her, text and remind her that she’s getting better and will be home before she knows it!
