Sidney settled in WS’s rehab in palatial private room having wonderful care.
I’m so grateful for the care, that rehab folks come to him & facility is just 2 min from our home for me to be w/him. 

Had thorough eval from head of PT today. Sidney will likely stay til midweek having PT indoors & outdoors on various surfaces & levels to become adjusted to drop foot due to the 99% removal of leg muscle that lifts & lowers the foot.

He is at risk of tripping/falling as he walks
but is able to put full wgt on the foot,looks & feels good, has no pain nor complaints.
Wound healing nicely. No further need for hyperbaric oxygen. Deep level healing will continue for several weeks at home.
Then weeks of radiation.
