Shyamala’s Story

Dear Friends, 
As you may know, on December 18th, dear Shyamala had a hemorrhagic stroke.  She has been receiving wonderful care at the Alta Bates Hospital in Berkeley.  Thankfully, her mind is clear. However, she faces a long and arduous physical recovery.   

About visiting:  A small care team has come together to provide support while Shyamala is in the hospital. We will keep you posted about possible visits in the future.
 
Your prayers and blessings are appreciated and mean the world to Shyamala and to Mac.  She is cognitively very aware and able to communicate in whispers.  Shyamala has expressed deep gratitude for all the messages of love and support that are being relayed to her.

Dear Friends -  Shyamala is home with Mac and Dharma!!!  

 

Ten Million THANK YOUS to each of you.  Love you all, and we pray you and all those you love are safe and healthy.  

 

A note from Shyamala: 

As Mac so wisely said “The way we get through all this is by observing dharma.” So here is some Dharma to observe. This gorgeous, love-filled creation is by Nada Clyne.
