Journal entry by Sherri Carter

Forgot to post this on Thursday but my CT scan and bloodwork from Duke showed that I remain Cancer free, thankfully. The type of neuroendocrine tumor /pancreatic cancer that I had has a extremely rare chance of returning. I may be able to do my CT scan from here next year and have a zoom meeting with my doctor at Duke to go over the results. This would be great because we wouldn’t have to drive to Durham. So happy and thankful to have this wonderful news!
