This will be my last post on Sheri's Caring Bridge page. On Sunday, surrounded by family, we will intern her ashes in my mom's family plot in Saint Louis.  It may give a sense of some closure, but it will not heal my broken heart. 

I've loved and leaned on all of the stories and memories people have posted - some who haven't seen her in over 40 years!  It touched my heart and gave comfort to my soul to know how many of you truly loved my sweet sister. Every life she touched knows that she will never be forgotten - she was truly unforgettable! Whether you were a friend, colleague, student, family member, or had some other connection to Sheri, thank you for being one of those who knew and loved my sister for the kind, gentle,  funny, and yes sarcastic person that she was.
