1year post surgery!! I can't believe it has been one year since I walked through the hospital doors and had my lung surgery. All the highs and lows that came after I would have never imagined. This was a very tough road with many (pneumonia, mold and a gallbladder removed) bumps along the way....but through it all I had such great support! I would not have made it through with out the love from my family and friends 😊❤️.
To my family...wow you were such a rock when I didn't think I could keep going, you were there to cheer me on, thank you for doing everything around the house and beyond with out a complaint, sacrificing things to help or protect me and doing so many more things I am sure I missed❤️❤️❤️.
Thank you all so much near and far for the many blessings my family and I were blessed with. The many prayers that were lifted up. Thank you. ❤️
I am now working full time and love being on the other side of the bed taking care of my patients. I am working on my stamina and learning if I want to walk and talk I have to slow down 😊. But I think I am making improvement. I will have a CT scan done probably in a few more months to make sure all is still looking good and then a bit longer I will have a lung capacity test to see how I'm doing there. 🤞 I will show more improvement and hit that 80%!!
In the mean time I'm so very grateful for my health and and the breath in my lungs 🫁
Thank you all again so very much!! 😊❤️💪🫁
