Journal entry by Sheila Clark

Hello everyone! Well today makes it one year since my last chemo! Woohoo! Time certainly flies...
This has been such a strange year... First cancer, then Covid...ugh...
I am doing pretty good overall. I am still experiencing some headaches, some neuropathy in my feet and just trying to get my body balanced out. I'm working with my homeopathic doctor on most of these issues.
I have been working out since July and trying to get my strength back, but I have put on a lot of weight and really need to watch what I eat, but hey, I'm just enjoying life and thankful for each day.
I have a lot of anxiety and working on dealing with that. What I've gone through is pretty traumatic and I'm struggling with that and with worrying that the cancer will come back.
We recently took a vacation to the Oregon Coast and spent time with friends. It was so great to be on vacation and enjoy some family & friend time! I've attached a picture of me and Kevin at the beach
