Sheena's surgery outcome was very good. The results from the testing indicate she had a very good response to the chemo and they didn't find any cancer left! We are very thankful for the great news!!!

She is healing fast from her surgery and recovery is going well at home. She has started physical therapy treatments and getting ready for her next step...radiation. Radiation treatments should begin soon and will be every weekday for about a month.

On the cosmetic side, her eyebrows and hair are growing back. Following reconstruction she was convinced she was probably about a double D size bra but the ladies at Victorias Secrets gave her a more accurate measurement. Thanks to all the gals for the gifts towards new bras!

Now that she can move a little and wants to party, well not quite that far yet...we've made a trip to the casino for fun. She had a real nice spin on the double nudge machine Aunt Steph and Aunt Jer recommended. Sheena is also actively searching and dreaming of a new male orange kitten to snuggle and play with. Declan is one upping mother and dreaming of a kitten and a bird...so the household could be getting very hectic. I narrowly escaped a double adoption from the Humane Society because the sibling kittens were way too shy to handle our house.

We've had a lot of help recently with meals and cleaning and rides and more, which goes a long way to help us manage everything going on and focus on recovery. Thanks to everyone for all the help!!!
