Dear Garrett Family
So very sorry to hear about Sharla's passing - I had the great privilege to work with Sharla at the Department of Tourism years ago and see her in passing over the years. She was the kindest soul with an ever present smile on her face. I feel blessed to have known her and work with her. Memories are precious and she created many so hold on to them and share them often. We will be thinking of all of you during this difficult time but know that she is now your guardian angel and watching over you all. Sincerest sympathy and prayers go out to family and friends. Tory Kirsti and pets, your Mom very well may be the nicest person I know, she always has room for one more in her heart. So kind so warm, sincere and genuine, that is why all the animals love her, they know what many do not.
You are not gone Sharla, because love lives forever, you are just with us in different ways now, in a warm breeze ,in the sun rays, in your pets eyes, and in your grand kids giggles, you are here as well as there, thank you for being my friend Sharla, and be sure to tell Twinkle I love him

Brad, Torey and Kristi....my heart is broken....Sharla and I were very good friends before either one of us married and had children. Through the years we very seldom saw one another but on the few occasions that we did run into one another there was never enough time to really catch up but it was also like we saw one another all of the time. When she was in SF the first time I spent several hours with her one afternoon....a time I will certainly treasure for the rest of my life. Torey and Kristi....very touching words written by the two of you. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers......Hugs to all.
