Sorry we have been so silent. There really isn't much to report. Shari is getting used to her new normal in the apartment! She has settled in to her Tesla which has brought her a sense of normalcy. She also has picked a builder, Serenity Homes, to do her rebuild. She has met with the architects and even mentioned this might be fun!

It was a small light in all of this. 

Shari celebrated the holidays with family and friends. She was bummed to miss out on hosting the big company Christmas party, but it will make next year's even more special.  

One small note, we did find Shari's cat in the basement on one of the trips through the house. As we assumed, the cat did not make it and most likely died of smoke inhalation. Shari was able to retrieve her and take her to Loving Rest in Norwalk. This was another sad point through all of this, but at least she is resting in peace. 

In 2021, we move forward. As the house plans come together, we'll plan on sharing photos as we are able.
