Yesterday’s Celebration of Life was so beautiful. I am grateful that I was able to be there virtually. I love how each person’s tribute reflected a unique aspect of Shari’s personality through the different relationships she had with people who loved her. There were so many of my own memories woven into her sisters’ memories of her. I spent a lot of time at her house when we were kids, and each part of my own remembered experience felt like a thread woven into a great blanket of other threads that was the unique and beautiful tapestry of Shari. I, like everyone else who loved her, wanted more time with her. She was special, and even through her health challenges, her grace and love and resilience served as a beautiful example of raw vulnerability, courage, and authenticity in the midst of unacceptable circumstances. I miss her ❤️

be a part of Shari's celebration of life via zoom. There were so many moving tributes and stories of how she touched so many lives. Her journaling over the two years has definitely left a deep impact on me with how to live life when faced with challenges & to be grateful for the time we have. Thank you Shari.
