Today overall it’s been quiet day.
I was super happy to meet with her plastic surgeon this morning. He underscored that the area on her scalp is very concerning, but perhaps not as much as I had envisioned in my own mind. Please continue prayers for healing. I asked about the possibility of hyperbaric therapy, given that it represents a struggling flap, and we are looking into that as a possibility.
She got re-casted today, and got some medication to keep her calm. I think that ended up keeping her calm for most the day, because she was much more chill than she was yesterday. She was up in her chair for approximately three hours, and I started painting her nails with the yellow and orange nail polish. Thanks so much to the crew team for these cool colors! 😊😊😊 I really wanted to work her hard today, but, that was not in HER plan for today. And, as most of you know, Sedonia is pretty stubborn, and I didn’t push it. Today. 😂❤️
Please check out the photos, I I actually put captions underneath them.
Neither Sedonia nor I could travel this journey without your love, support and prayers. Please keep them coming. I am optimistic. #sedoniastrong
Peace and thanks,
