Scott’s Story

Site created on August 12, 2018

Hi friends and family who have been touched by Scott and his caring and giving soul. I grew up next-door to Scott in Norwalk on Cyclops Street. I have been blessed to have Scott in my life for over 40 years. He is my brother from another mother and I love him as you all do too. Melissa (Scott's soul-mate, wife, and biggest supporter) asked that I set up this site to keep everyone posted on Scott's journey. We will be updating the site regularly and hope that you will check back.

Unfortunately, Scott's options for treatment of his cancer have run out and he is now resting at home with his family by his side. He is resting in front of a very large window that looks down on his beautiful and lush garden and large pond. It is as peaceful and beautiful as Scott's soul and I can assure you that he is feeling very loved right now.

We would love it if you could post your memories of Scott and how he has touched your life as he has so many. We would love to see all of your pictures of Scott too. Please send your good energy to Scott, his wife Melissa, and his family's way. We would love to share your memories of Scott with him and with each other. We will be sure to keep all of you posted. If you can please share this site with others who may not know that would be great.

Thank you all for loving Scott.

Journal entry by Melissa Lynch

Thank-you everyone for making Friday a true celebration of Scott's life.  I was overwhelmed by all of the love and support.  A special thanks to Mark, Amy and Stew for their beautiful speeches.  A true testament to the very special person he was.  He will forever be in our hearts.
All of my love,
Melissa
