Journal entry by Taylor Krahl —
Hi everyone,
First of all, thank you to everyone who has left a comment, sent a text, provided a meal, run an errand and just offered their love and support to our family during this difficult time. We feel so lucky. We knew my dad was loved by many, but to see just how many of you were there at his Visitation and Celebration of Life was incredibly overwhelming, in the best way.
A few friends and family members weren't able to attend his service, so we asked the church to record it so we could share it. If you are one of those people, please feel free to CLICK HERE. There is a photo slideshow at the beginning and end, and I believe the actual service starts around 17 minutes in.
We have a lot more to say, and a lot of gratitude to share, soon. For now, just know that we are doing our best to take things minute by minute. The real work starts now, and it's the hardest thing we've ever had to navigate through as a family. Re-watching this service gave my mom a lot of peace, and I hope it brings some to you, as well.
