Journal entry by Scott Moore —
Hey Everyone,
I got home today and am feeling well on the road to recovery. One thing is for sure: I will never take my own bed for granted again! I am also deeply grateful for the amazing care I received at Stanford. An incredible team of nurses and doctors.
But the really good news is that my pathology report came back and is all negative. Meaning of the 47 lymphnodes, various organs and other parts they removed or biopsied, they found no cancer anywhere. This is really (insert your explicative of choice) awesome.
I will likely finish out my 3 or 4 more months of chemo just to be extra cautious and because it’s proven to work on me and I handle it well, plus it’s already paid for so...(just kidding).
With so much gratitude for all your support, love and prayers—they are working!
