Unfortunately I was not able to make it a full 3 months before my symptoms started coming back.   I got in a few weeks back for another PET scan which showed many of the areas of concern were starting to flare back up, of course I already knew that based on how I’m feeling.  In the past couple of weeks they have tried to get me into a clinical trial only to find out that I’m not a match.  
So the current plan is to look into starting some radiation treatments to help relieve some of the symptoms.  They also plan to start me on a different chemo treatment called Topotecan which can be taken orally.   
Finally they are trying to get me into a clinical trial in Grand Rapids but I won’t know for a few weeks.  
Thanks for all the positive thoughts and prayers, it’s much appreciated.  I’ll update again later this week when I know more specifics about the treatment plan.
