Newest Update

Journal entry by Taylor Werner

Helloooo :)

Since mom is home now I think i’m going to update every other day unless something big happens! With that being said here is what has happened in the past 2 days!!

Mom has been doing AWESOME! She has gotten up to come to the living room to watch football with us, she has been eating dinner with us, and she has been able to monitor her oxygen levels, ensuring that they stay in an appropriate range. Mom looks and feels so much better after being at home for 2 days it’s incredible!! She is trying her best to not use the additional oxygen supply so that she can ween off of it for good!!

As for everyone at home:

Grace has been able to get through this whole thing without feeling bad or have any symptoms!! Dad is doing good as well! I know that he is able to sleep better now mom is home so I think that has something to do with him feeling better 😉 I am SOOO ready to get back to my clinical… I love these people but I need to get out of this house 😅. All jokes aside, we are starting to feel like “normal” again and we are soooo thankful! Y’all’s prayers have lifted our family so much it’s insane❤️

As we approach this next week I ask that you continue to pray for these things:

Please pray that moms body starts to heal back to her “normal”

Please pray for the amazing people who have brought us dinners. They have really been a life saver as it’s just one less thing we have to worry about❤️

Please thank the amazing medical team that helped my mom get back home to us.

Please pray for continuous health not only for my mom and our family but for each other as well. We have seen what the power of prayer can do and I pray that each of you continue to remain healthy and happy.

Again thank yall SOO MCUH for everything y’all have done. Mom has felt the love throughout this whole experience and I like to believe it’s what helped her get back home to us ❤️
