Update for Scarlett! We were told that Scarlett’s leaky valve in her heart has gotten worse so they will have to fix it in surgery as well. The doctor said that when a baby is born with a leaky valve that they can’t repair it completely but they can definitely improve it and the older she is when they repair it the better the out come. So they want Scarlett to be as close to 6 months as we can get her for surgery. They have decided to release her as long as she continues to gain weight. We may even be released tomorrow!!! She will be sent home with a feeding tube to help her to eat! So fingers crossed they we will be heading home soon! Thanks again for everyone’s prayers and support! Keep the prayers coming 🙏❤️
