To your entire extended family and network of friends, I am so sorry that Sarah is gone from this world so young. I hadn’t seen her for 30 years and then there she was for our Covid Supercamp ‘reunion Zoom’ . Her life with you and the kids and being a force in the world had only served to enhance her shimmer, verve, and vivaciousness-even on a screen. I wish these 16 months could have been otherwise, yet I am glad that she had all of you and that you all had her in this life. You were all infinitely better for the time you had together in this dear sweet life. If I lived in Ohio I would come sit shiva with you even though I’m not Jewish…it’s an amazing and important ritual and I respect it deeply. May you lean in

Hi Colin, What a woman Sarah was! Caring, intelligent, giving, empathetic, thoughtful, funny, deeply insightful. The list goes on. These are all aspects of Sarah you know well. I hope that the positive thoughts from all of us give a bit of salve to your and your family's grief. I will miss her. I will smile when I think of her. What a wonderful life she led.
