Journal entry by Blair McKee

Well, she’s drugged up and whisked away.

I don’t think anyone can get used to that feeling when your loved one is rolled away from you on a hospital bed.

I don’t want it to happen enough to get used to it.

She’ll be fine - this has been well-planned and relatively routine hysterectomy to lower any future cancer risks (her breast cancer apparently fed on estrogen).

Kinda getting tired of how much cancer takes away.
Kinda looking forward to Sarah Yeager McKee coming back to being herself again, with surgeries and chemo in the rear view.

kinda need a grande dark roast.
