Sarah is coming home today! This is sooner than we expected, but how exciting is this? She did well this week overall, considering how long the surgery was and possible complications. The doctors realized she had developed something called a Chiari Malformation caused from the tumor, where the cerebellum pushes down on the spinal chord. Her neurosurgeon said that this should resolve itself, though. 

Again, please let me know if and when you would like to visit. I will try to get up with Josh by tomorrow to see what all they request. I know they need time to get settled and rest.
