Although Sandy’s physical presence is no longer with us, the love we have for her and all the memories of her giving spirit will always remain in our hearts. She is now one of God’s precious angels and is free of pain and suffering. She will be missed. Prayers for comfort to you Gary and all her beautiful family. Sending much love. ❤️❤️❤️

It is difficult to imagine this world without Sandy Poehling managing the social/fundraising/care for everyone else. Apparently God needed her there for a particular reason. Grateful that she had the 20 years after the first breast cancer, but so sorry a more aggressive one raised its ugly head. Sandy and I send our heart felt sympathy for each of you and are so grateful that you all could be with her until her transition to heaven. She shall be missed by all. Bless you all.

Dearest Gary. Sandy’s obituary is perfectly beautiful, as she was in the photo you included. Oh, that smile! Our prayers are with you and the family as you navigate the days and weeks ahead. May God’s peace be with you as Sandy watches over you all from her divine perch. Love you., Marilyn and John ❤️🙏

Dear Gary and Family, my heart and love go out to you. You will find that there will be things that happen especially in the garden that you will realize that Sandy is still present in your life. I will share sometime with you all of the things that I have observed since Lamar passed. I will look forward to sharing time with you, my friend.

We can imagine how joyful Jesus is to welcome Sandy home to eternal life. I imagine Him exclaiming, "well done, good and faithful servant". Blessings as you all navigate through your emotions and memories.

Oh my heart breaks for you all. I am so very sorry. Gary, you wrote a beautiful tribute to your wonderful wife, family and life together. I'll continue to pray for your and all the family's strength. There is a part of all your hearts in heaven now but know she is still with you in spirit. Look for butterflies and every time you see one you'll be reminded Sandy is flying free from pain and sending her love. Prayers, support, hugs and love from Team Superman.

Thank you for sharing Sandy’s journey with all the people she has touched. I didn’t know her very long, but one of my first social events as a new member of this community was in your beautiful home . I will always remember her kindness and grace.
