Sandy’s Story

Site created on October 9, 2020

On September 1st my whole world changed in a blink of an eye. I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center in Houston.
With God as my Rock and my Lord and Savior I begin my journey to eliminate this dreadful disease.

Joshua1:9 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

Hi prayer warriors! Hope all of u had another great day that our Lord made!
I had my chemo treatment at Citizens Hospital and the Nurse Navigator gave me her card if I ever needed any assistance. On the back was a saying that really touched my heart and I wanted to share with ya’ll.
Cancer is so limited…
It cannot cripple love,
It cannot shatter Hope,
It cannot not corrode faith,
It cannot rob our peace,
It cannot destroy confidence,
It cannot kill our friendship,
It cannot shut out memories,
It cannot silence courage,
It cannot invade the soul,
It cannot conquer the Spirit.

Again, many many thank you’s for all the prayers u have offered to God on my behalf. There are no words to say how much each one means to me!  They certainly inspire my faith and trust in our Almighty God and Father. ❤️❤️❤️
