I met Sandy a few times, she is so kind and reminds me of that mom/grandma that you just want a hug because you know she gives good hugs! She welcomed my daughter and I into her home. Emma played competitive soccer and we had a tournament in Brookings so we stayed at Sandy's with Amy. Even got stuck an extra day! Amy and I still laugh about that drive home in the worst weather and stopping at Cherry Berry in a blizzard!

Life brought us together to be “sisters”… and memories were made. Celebrating the family we had married into .. babies .. weddings .. getting together .. birthdays And even tho life took both of us on different paths from that family… that connection remains strong. We are still members of that family and always will be. When I see her .. memories come back and still feeling like I am hugging my “sister”! Sandy you inspire me with your grace .. strength and courage. I celebrate you .. with love! ❤️
