Back at home since yesterday evening. So grateful to God to be home with my children. Recovery is tough so I won’t be posting often. Always tired and in pain with a few short periods of feeling human again. Still hooked up to feeding tube, tracheotomy, oxygen/humidity for tracheotomy, cast in my left hand to protect the transplant wound and dressings in my leg for area ever skin graft was taken. Tongue swelling progressing nicely. I will see my reconstruction surgeon on Tuesday and I hope he takes me off the tubes. Keep us in your prayers, I will try to update again in a week or so.
