Today we remember Jesus body lying in the tomb. It is a day of quiet sorrow. Jesus followers thought all their hopes were gone. Some were planning to go back home and return to their old lives and jobs. Imagine the surprise when the women went to the tomb and it was filled with light! He is alive!! Such unbelievable joy. Samuel is celebrating in heaven dancing for joy. Peace be to all of you. I continue to pray for you.

Life on earth isn't heaven. Jesus experienced pain, betrayal, rejection, and a cruel death to show us just how much God loves us. Good Friday was the anniversary of my beloved husband's death. And after a beautiful sunrise this morning, the clouds have rolled in, Yet, Easter is coming. We have promise of NEW LIFE WITH HIM FOREVER!
